Dear Sonam,

My holiday in Bhutan ends tomorrow with my flight back to Singapore. It has been a memorable experience for me.

I wish to record my appreciation to the guide and driver while my memory is still fresh.

The guide, Sangay Tashi has so patiently helped me to understand more about Buddhism and the culture of Bhutan. I have many questions but he is always willing to share what he knows. I walked in the streets of Thimpu and Paro feeling very safe unlike in some countries. The driver Dorji brought us safely from place to place. In his own way, he is also very attentive. Both took special care of me especially during the hike to Tiger Nest.

I am also appreciative that they brought me to Kila nunnery high up the mountain at my request. Always very obliging.

My heartfelt thanks to you for the logistics in making this trip happen.
The hotels arranged were all very comfortable which adds to the enjoyment of the trip.

Tashi Delek!

Amanda

We did the 7 Day Essential Bhutan Tour with Druk Asia from 3 - 9 Dec 2017. It was an enjoyable trip and we are pleased to have chosen Druk Asia. Our travel specialist, Namgay Dorji is always prompt and patient in replying to our queries.

Special thanks to our guide, Sangay Tashi and driver, Dechen Wangdi too - they are friendly, entertaining and had been very accommodating to our needs and request throughout the trip. It was a beautiful and memorable experience.

Kadrin chhey to Druk Asia!

Kuzuzangpo la!

It has been a very wonderful 10days in the breathtaking Bhutan. Everything still feel so surreal, like a dream came true.

Sangay and Jamyang have been very nice and friendly, and have given me alot of laughter and memories which I will never forget. Although the drive from one place to the other, especially the drive from Punakha to Bumthang (took us 11.5hours), the drive however was one of my favorite memory in Bhutan. Bumthang was so beautiful and filled with warmth, and it got to be my favorite place in Bhutan!

Everything is very well-planned. Food was very very good; I especially love and miss emadatshi, and I wonder where I can get my craving fixed in Singapore! All the lodgings have been wonderful as well! Everyone whom I have met along the trip have been very kind and warm, and I am very grateful to all the kindness and smiles I have received.

"You can leave Bhutan, but it will never leave you." This is so true, cause I am already planning to come back again in 2017!

Kadrinchhey la! And I look forward to visiting Bhutan again in 2017.
